Strasbourg 1 - OM 1

At the 10th minute, Ljuboja gets the ball at mid-field. He dribbles forward without being attacked until he's 35 meters away from the goal. In N'Gotty's back, Luyindula accelerates and is passed the ball perefectly by Ljuboja, so that he presents himself alone against Trévisan. With a touch of the ball he gets past the goalie, and then score in the empty net.

OM is on offense, at the 54th, on the right side of the field. Belmadi gets the ball to Camara, backward, and the defenders passes the ball in the box. Bertin is able to head it away, but the balls falls on Weah. Mister George chest-controls it, and immediately shoots it past Debes.

Goals 1 - 0 Luyindula (10th, right foot, assist: Ljuboja)
1 - 1 Weah (54th, right foot)
Cards OM Leroy (CJ 32nd), Weah (CJ 39th), Camara (CJ 63rd), Belmadi (CJ 89th)
Strasbourg Martins (CJ 34th), Bagayoko (CJ 37th), Fischer (CR 56th)
Squads OM Trévisan - Blondeau (cap), Camara, N'Gotty, Gallas - Brando (Marquet, 80th), Issa (Abardonado, 75th), Leroy (Marcelinho, 46th) - Belmadi - Weah, Bakayoko
Did not play: Grégorini, Mouret
Strasbourg Debes - Beye, Bertin (cap), Fischer, Devaux - Bagayoko, Hemdani, - Belloso (Amzine, 59th), Martins, Ljuboja - Luyindula
Did not play: Eggimann, Johansen, Camadini, Haas

Player of the game: Weah, no question. Mister George had a very good game just two games back into the French league. His goal was exactly what we'd been waiting for from him, and he was really good all around. More surprisingly, Marcelinho was excellent out of the bench in the second half. May he just find his confidence back, and shoot to the goal when he has the opportunity, and we'll at least have a brasilian doing what he's supposed to do.

Get them outta there!: Issa is still playing. No wait, he's actually starting! We gotta be hoping Ingesson gets back real quickly, cause the big guy is really out of the little game he may have had at some point... Blondeau is not that good either, but we've gotten used to that.
